What You Need to Know About Wireless Radiation and Your Health

In order to understand the health impact of the EMF we need to distinguish the difference between ionizing a non-ionizing radiation. Radiation can be classified as either ionizing or non-ionizing.

Ionizing radiation

The different types of radiation are classed based on how much energy it has. Ionizing radiation refers to radiation that has enough energy to break an electron away from an atom, chemical composition of the material it interacts with during a process called ionization. It damages the DNA. The example of ionizing energy are X-rays.

Non-ionizing radiation

Non-ionizing radiation is any kind of radiation in the electromagnetic spectrum that does not have enough energy to remove an electron from an atom and turn it into an ion. This contrasts with ionizing radiation like x-rays, gamma rays and alpha particles, which come from the other end of the spectrum and are unstable and reactive. Non-ionizing radiation can generate heat, which is how food is cooked in a microwave oven. Humans and other organisms can see some types of non-ionizing radiation, such as visible light and infrared light. Examples of non-ionizing radiation are ultraviolet, visible light, infrared, microwaves, radio frequencies, extremely low frequencies, and lasers.

Microwave radiation

Microwave radiation (MW) deserves a specific attection.as it comes from microwave ovens, radar, transmission towers, satellite transmissions, and the sun and Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) radiation. A microwave oven works because microwaves excite the water molecules in food and cause them to vibrate, generating heat and cooking the food. Atoms and molecules can also emit and absorb MW radiation. Overexposure to MW radiation can cause cataracts and skin burns.

There are three subcategories of MW radiation. Extremely high frequency (EHF) waves are used in remote sensors and radio astronomy. Super high frequency (SHF) waves are commonly used in microwave ovens, radar transmitters, cell phones and satellite communications. Finally, the ultra-high frequency (UHF) is used in television broadcasts, walkie-talkies and cordless phones. Microwaves are sometimes grouped with radio waves because these two types of non-ionizing radiation have some overlap on the electromagnetic spectrum.” (Biolologydictionary.net)

Radio Frequencies (Wireless radiation)

“An example or radio frequencies are AM and FM radio broadcasts, Wi-Fi signals, cell phones, any SMART technology devices, amateur radio, television and airport security scanners use radio frequency (RF) waves. This type of non-ionizing radiation is absorbed throughout the body. The effects of RF waves on the body are similar to MW radiation in terms of heat generation. For example, using a cell phone causes the ear and/or head to get warm. Like MW radiation, RF waves are divided into categories: high frequency (HF), medium frequency (MF), low frequency (LF) and very low frequency (VLF). There is no scientific proof that RF non-ionizing radiation increases the risk of cancer or causes any harmful effects on the body. ” Biologydictionary.net)

So, are you can see we live in a sea of invisible wireless radiation every day—often without realizing its potential long-term effects? From smartphones to Wi-Fi routers, Bluetooth devices, smart meters, smart watches, baby monitors, smart fridges, any SMART technology devices, remote controls, and even wireless printers, our environment is saturated with microwave or radio frequency ionizing and non- ionizing radiation. But what do we really know about how this affects the human body?

5G

5G will add to the global high level of radiation. It has shorter wavelength; therefore, it will require microcells wireless facilities close together. These will be place on streetlight and power poles in all neighborhoods. Also, more cell towers with powerful antennas (up to 100, 00 watts) and 20 000 satellites will be deployed.  Scientists around the worlds have major safety concerns about 5G. However, hundreds of thousands of unbiased scientific studies are ignored.

If you wish to know how far your house, school of your children or your place of work is situated from a 5G tower please go to www.rhnsa.com.au

It is very concerning that we may be living constantly in a microwave range spectrum, like inside a microwave oven.

Outdated Safety Standards

The last major safety standards for wireless radiation exposure were set in 1996—yes, nearly 30 years ago. These guidelines were based on studies using a plastic mannequin head filled with water, sugar, and salt, measuring only thermal (heating) effects. No consideration was given to the non-thermal biological effects—which are now a major concern.

Telecommunication industry is very powerful, l so I suggest that you do your own homework on the independent search engines.

Microwave Radiation Penetrates the Body.

Unlike what many believe, microwave radiation does not just bounce off the body. It can penetrate deeply, especially in children whose skulls are thinner and still developing. For instance, placing an iPod or smartphone close to the head can expose the brain to radiation levels that may affect the blood-brain barrier (BBB)—a protective layer that keeps harmful substances out of the brain. Wireless headphones use 17 times more radiation than cell phones.

Documented Biological Effects Recent studies and observations have linked chronic exposure to wireless radiation with:

DNA damage

Oxidative stress and cellular aging

Damage to the central nervous system (CNS)

Cardiovascular irregularities

Hormonal and reproductive issues

Tinnitus (ringing in the ears)

Neuropsychiatric symptoms: anxiety, depression, brain fog, insomnia

Breakdown of the myelin sheath, vital for healthy brain function

Increased risk of learning disorders, including dyslexia

Leaching of mercury from dental fillings under RF exposure

A Special Concern for Children and Teens Children absorb more radiation than adults due to thinner skulls and developing brains. EMF exposure in children is linked to autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, eating disorders, childhood cancers, impaired growth , poor memory and learning. With tablets, phones, and wearable tech being used from a very young age, we may be facing a generation of increased cognitive, emotional, and physical challenges stemming from constant exposure.

What Can You Do?

Use wired internet when possible (Ethernet cables).

Turn off Wi-Fi at night or when not in use.

Keep your phone on airplane mode when carrying it close to your body.

Avoid sleeping next to your phone. Do not keep it in your bedroom

Choose wired headphones over Bluetooth.

Keep smart devices out of bedrooms, especially children’s rooms.

Educate yourself and others—don’t assume its safe just because it’s common.

Only use cell phone when it has full reception, do not use when driving as radiation is 10,000 times higher when there is a weak signal.

Use shield clothing

Keep beds and living areas from smart meters

Never use laptop on your lap.

This is not fear-mongering—it’s informed caution. More than 25,000 studies have been published over the last decades on electromagnetic radiation, many showing biological harm at levels far below existing safety standards.

We must demand updated regulations, independent research, and transparency from tech industries. Our health and that of our children depend on it.
