The Pandemic Impact on Resilience
Building resilience is pivotal to cope with the ongoing stress of pandemics. Psychobiological resilience can be defined as the adaptive maintenance of physiological and mental health in the face of stress and adversity. Prolonged stress has an impact on your thyroid, adrenals, reproductive system, suppresses immunity and nervous system. There is a rise in depression, anxiety, emotional distress, and insomnia.
The initial coping stage body’s response to stress is:
anxiety, irritability, panic attacks
Weight gain, insulin resistance, hormonal issues

1. Go for a long walk in Nature if you can
2. Get vitamin D from the sunlight
3. Do something kind for a stranger
4. Smile and laugh often
5. Be grateful for what you already have
6. Minimise exposure to EMF
7. Talk to a trusted friend
8. Stay grounded and hydrated
9. Get a pet
10. Find a hobby
11. Join a local community group of likeminded people
12. If you cannot find a Group you resonate with, create one
13. Avoid and deal with bullies and psychopaths*
